Series for the Soul: Yoga In The Woods

Yoga in the Woods. This gentle yoga experience with Deb Nelson will focus on a variety of breathing techniques and alignment of the body through moving meditation. Absolutely no experience is necessary and modifications will be offered as we walk, perform some poses, practice reflection, and listen to a poem or two to connect to the outdoors.
