2024 Trail Challenge

How It Works

  1. Download and print the Trail Challenge Passport or pick one up at the GLLT office or Hobbs Library.

  2. Hike all 10 trails on the list.

  3. Along the trail, find the animal track rubbing plate and etch the track under the appropriate trail on your passport using a pencil or crayon. (Hint: the rubbing plates will usually be located around the halfway mark of the trail or at any mountaintops or viewpoints.)

  4. Once completed, return the trail passport to the GLLT for your prize (P.O. Box 225, Lovell, Maine 04051).

Please note: prizes will not be shipped. Prize must be picked up at the GLLT office in Lovell Village during regular business hours (M-F 8:30 am- 4:30 pm). It is also recommended that you call or email first to be sure someone is at the office.
