Join Mike Maguire, GLLT board vice president and licensed professional forester, and Erika Rowland, GLLT executive director and forest ecologist, to better understand how natural and human disturbances influence forest structure (tree sizes and how they are spread out in the forest) and species composition (which kinds of trees are present and in what numbers). We'll also look at the growth patterns of individual trees in response to disturbances around them.
