In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ll slow ourselves down and practice mindfulness as we listen to our breathing, connect with the earth, and sniff the fall air that surrounds us. Jeanne will present several invitations that will help us do all of this as we wander along a GLLT trail.
