This gentle yoga experience with GLLT board member and Yoga Instructor Deb Nelson will focus on a variety of breathing techniques and alignment of the body through movement and meditation. Absolutely no experience is necessary and modifications will be offered as we walk, perform some poses, practice reflection, and listen to a poem or two to connect to the outdoors.
